Stainless Steel
Pickwill cutlery is available in two finishes: polished and matt-brushed. Polishing ensures a gleaming surface as well as corrosion resistance. The mat-brushed cutlery is polished first to increase the rust resistance before being brushed mat and rinsed.
Stainless steel is an extremely long-lasting material. However, under some conditions, it may rust. There has yet to be discovered a material that is totally resistant to rust. As a result, it is critical that you take proper care of your Pickwill stainless steel cutlery.
After eating, quickly wash or rinse the utensils. When washing cutlery in the dishwasher, make sure the cutlery basket isn't too full and that the blades and spoons have some room between them. Open the hatch if the cutlery is still in the machine after washing. Humidity is harmful to cutlery. There are a few additional guidelines to follow if you want your cookware to endure a long time:
- Do not let it soak in water
- Do not use soap of any kind
- Dry the blade immediately with a clean, dry cloth after cleaning
- Store it in a dust-free drawer or knife block
Wood
Pickwill wooden products should not be washed in the dishwasher. They can safely be wiped and washed by hand with water. Soaking is, however, not recommended.
Plastic
Unlike wood or bamboo, these non-porous cutting boards are simple to clean; simply toss them in the dishwasher as required; they will not splinter, break, or peel even after many washes.
