30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE


You can return your products purchased from us within 30 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or store credit for future purchases if:

(a) you received a product with a damaged or contaminated package;

(b) you received a product that is defective or otherwise bad;

(c) you received the wrong item; or

(d) you changed your mind and want to return an unused and opened product.

This 30-day return policy is only available for products purchased through this website or Pickwill Amazon store.

 

RETURNING A PRODUCT: STEPS TO TAKE


Step #1: Email our Customer Support Team at support@pickwill.com within 30 days of receiving your ordered products. Please provide your full name, email address, order number, and a brief explanation of why you want to return the product to customer service.

Step #2: Our customer service team will respond to your inquiry within 3 business days, and if your return request meets the terms and conditions stated above, our customer service team will provide you with a link to a returns form. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation ("RMA") number and return address once you have provided us with all necessary information.

Step #3: Repack your product safely and securely, attach the provided RMA form in a visible location on the package, and ship the returned products to the Return address provided by our customer support team. Please keep in mind that we will only accept returned products if they are accompanied by an RMA number and sent to our specified Returns address. Items that are not defective must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, unused by the manufacturer.

Step #4: Provide us with the tracking number of the returned parcel as well as your unique return link. Please keep in mind that return shipping charges will not be refunded or compensated for. Returns without tracking numbers may be refused by our warehouse; therefore, please use tracking numbers.

Step #5: Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Please keep in mind that, unless you are returning a defective item, we will not reimburse your returned shipping fees; (b) we will charge a 15% restocking fee; and (c) we will charge a USD 5 handling fee.

Once a refund is issued, it can take up to 3-5 business days for it to appear on your bank statements. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment that you used to place the order.
